Banner Online accepts payments made directly to our bank account via Online Bank Transfer or in St George Bank Branch cash deposit.

To use Online Bank Transfer please select Bank Transfer in the checkout process. Please note that our website will show our bank details on the confirmation page.

Please use your order number as a reference, and send us the payment confirmation screenshot in email, so we can match the payments up on our end for faster shipping, 

We recommend you to use OSKO fast bank transfer payment to speed up your order process time.

Your order will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.

Please note that on all orders you will receive either an email or phone call to confirm your order has been received, another email to confirm when your package has been shipped.

 

  Production Turnaround  

We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 1-7 workings days according to your order production speed selection,

The production time starts counting once proper artwork file & payment are received. If/when stocks are low, delivery may be delayed.

If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date.

Banner Online is not responsible for any delay caused by Failing to make payment / Failing to provide artwork in time / Choosing the wrong delivery service / Filling wrong delivery address.

24 Hours Production is available on request for most of the products.(Additional charge applied)

 

  Shipping Service & Shipping Time  

Banner Online will deliver our products Australia wide. We can also deliver internationally on request. Please contact us for an international orders before placing your order to discuss your needs.

Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us via email within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation.

Any damaged products that are of fault of Courier Service need to taken to your local Courier Service Branch for a shipping insurance claim to be filed.

All Postage and handling costs are based on your location and item weights.

Please note the delivery time is only a reference guide from Couriers Delivery Company, Banner Online is not responsible for any delay caused by Couriers Performance or / Choosing the wrong delivery service.

We strongly recommend our customer to use Premium Overnight Shipping Service / Same Day Guaranteed Shipping Service for all Urgent Order.

 

  Printing Color Matching Terms  

Please be noted,we use international standard color management system to process the printing.However the color will display different on different screen,specially when artwork is set up on CMYK mode.The real printing color will be very close to the original artwork set up,but might not be exactly same compares to the effect on your screen.

Printing color matching service is also available  on request. We can match the color closer to PMS color book.Please notice us the color setting by Email & Inside your artwork.

For the nature that CMYK printing procees is different to Panton Color Printing process, we can only make sure the color is very close to PMS code ,we do not guarantee the color to be 100% accurate matched.

 

  Warranty & Exchanges & Refund 


Most of products sold by Banner Online comes with  12 months machinery warranty  against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.The conditions of the warranty are: Products shall have been subject to only normal use under general weather condition and shall not have been misused, neglected, altered or improperly set up. Any signs of tampering, deliberate misuse or negligence is not covered by this warranty.

If any product damages during the warranty period, please inform us as soon as possible by email  to discuss your situation. A photo of damaged product must be provided, all parts must be  return back to our office by customers, to claim a warranty repair ,and you will be responsible for the cost of having the product returned to us.We may choose to replace your product if the cost of repair is not economical. In the case of the product no longer being available, we may choose to replace it with a similar product of the same or greater value. These values are determined by what the values are at the time of replacement.

Banner Online do not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change of mind.
